At Tuxedo Imaging, we provide lifetime support for our products at no additional charge, ensuring your practice receives continuous assistance without hidden fees. Unlike other companies that may charge monthly fees for technical support, we are committed to supporting your practice as long as our products are in use.

For support of currently owned Tuxedo Imaging equipment, please contact the Tuxedo Imaging support team in one of the following ways

  • Use the “Contact Us” form to submit an email request for service.

  • You can also call us at (330) 382-5733

  • If you are a Planet DDS subscriber and mention your need for Tuxedo Imaging support in a ticket, that ticket will be forwarded to us.

The Service and Support department is available Monday - Friday from 9am-5pm EST.
